2007 SAN FRANCISCO INTERNATIONAL WINE COMPETITION GOLD MEDALIST- Enticing aromas such as pineapple, sweet lime, and fresh-cut melon on the nose are followed by similar tropical flavors on the mouth. Tank aging on the yeast lees gives this wine a rich and round presence despite a crisp structure and dry finish. The well-balanced acidity makes this an extremely food-friendly white wine pairing well with white meats, fish and cheeses while tempering salty, spicy or rich foods.
