87 RATING WINE SPECTATOR!- Produced using the first crop from our newest vineyard, this riesling starts with floral, flinty aromas which open into notes of honeysuckle and pear.  With some creaminess and tropical fruit in the mid-palate, layers of flavor unfold through an extremely long and rich finish.  While perfectly balanced and ready to be drunk on its own, this wine will pair well with a variety of dishes including roasted pork, thai cuisine, baked ham or poached salmon.
