Shipping Policy: Please note that shipping of alcohol requires an adult signature (21 years or older) upon receipt. I understand that when I purchase wine, ownership passes to me upon shipment from the winery. You are authorized on my behalf to arrange shipment of the wine to me. I certify that I am at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age and legally able to purchase wine*. Wine is shipped from our winery via UPS (United Parcel Service) from Monday - Friday approx. 9:00 am to 5:00pm and requires and adult signature for delivery. If no one is available to make the signature requirement, please consider sending to an alternative address to ensure prompt delivery of a perishable product.

Weekend Shipping Policy: In order to provide you with the highest quality wine experience, some orders may be delayed
Unless it is specifically requested by the customer, all out-of-state orders will be shipped to insure that wine is not held in-transit over the weekend by UPS. This practice prevents your wine from being subjected to prolonged environmental conditions which are beyond the control of Lamoreaux Landing Wine Cellars. Please use the comment box on the online order form or call the winery at 607-582-6011 to specify any unique delivery needs (i.e., ship after dates, deliver by dates, do not deliver windows, etc).
